Hi I'm Glenda, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Lafayette, LA providing therapy to those in need. I graduated from Louisiana Tech University with my Master’s degree in Counseling Education. I have a passion for helping others and at times life can get difficult and we could all use a little help. As your therapist, I can help by offering new approaches that leads to positive coping and healthy thinking. My goal is to help you achieve your personal goals for counseling.

Is your way of handling things no longer working? Feeling exhausted? No matter the issue I am here to provide help. I focus on addressing issues of anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions and adjustment issues. My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I also utilize a variety of evidence-based methods to provide the best services to my clients. Youth PTSD Treatment (YPT) for 7-18 year old children and adolescents, 12 session manualized cognitive behavioral therapy.
